Scientists Requests - Thicket of Diversity

Every year scientists visit the Preserve to collect specimens using a variety of methods.
The scientists require able volunteers to assist them in collecting specimens, recording data, working with them in the lab, and other important tasks.

Mycology (slime molds):
- Site reconnaissance, site monitoring, field collections and data entry.
- Citizen scientists to be trained to collect and send specimens.
