Click image to open page. BTA: Big Thicket Association (BTA) is the non-profit organization coordinating the All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory (ATBI) in Big Thicket National Preserve.

ToD: The Thicket of Diversity (ToD), a member of the Big Thicket Association Consortium, administers and coordinates the ATBI in cooperation with the National Park Service (NPS). The ATBI has been undertaken to enhance the ability of the NPS management by identifying every living species inhabitating the Big Thicket National Preserve.
Click image to open page. Scientists Information:Taxonomic Working Groups (TWiGS) are the heart and soul of the ATBI effort. They perform the field sampling and identification of organisms collected during the inventory.
Bioblitz 2008 Field Trip Volunteers: Citizen Scientists are volunteers that help provide key support to the ATBI effort. "Citizen scientists" of all ages enjoy opportunities to learn, explore, make friends, and contribute to a unique and worthwhile endeavor.
